All CI/CD runs on the Forgejo instance at git.zat.kz (self-hosted
runner on the stage server, same box as docker registry + stage
compose). GitHub stays as a read-only mirror via
food-market-forgejo-mirror.timer.

Re-enabling: `git mv .github/workflows.disabled .github/workflows`.
