feat(registry): кнопка/эндпоинт «Запустить пополнение сейчас» (SuperAdmin)

Разовый запуск фонового пополнения реестра помимо расписания
(POST /api/super-admin/product-registry/enrich/run-now). Джоб проверяет флаг.
