nurdotnet	3fd2f8a223	ci: disable .github/workflows — Forgejo Actions is the primary CI now Some checks are pending CI / POS (WPF, Windows) (push) Waiting to run Details CI / Backend (.NET 8) (push) Successful in 42s Details CI / Web (React + Vite) (push) Successful in 23s Details All CI/CD runs on the Forgejo instance at git.zat.kz (self-hosted runner on the stage server, same box as docker registry + stage compose). GitHub stays as a read-only mirror via food-market-forgejo-mirror.timer. Re-enabling: `git mv .github/workflows.disabled .github/workflows`.	2026-04-23 17:10:22 +05:00
